Joseph A, Nichols, MSPA
Joe Nichols is President of the firm McCloud & Nichols in Liberty, Missouri. He has provided pension actuarial services to clients since 1988, serving as the primary actuary and account manager for many pension accounts, ranging from a one-life sole proprietor plan to a 25,000-life state fund. Joe holds a degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. In addition to his membership in the ASPPA College of Pension Actuaries, Joe is an Associate in the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Until recently, he also served on the Advisory Committee to the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries. Joe became President-elect of ACOPA in August, 2010, and took office as President on August 13, 2011.
