Kevin Reynolds, CPC, QPA, QKA Kevin is President of EJReynolds, Inc. He began his career as an assistant plan administrator with the qualified plan division of Mutual Benefit Life in Miami. After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University in Miami, he worked as a programming consultant with Financial Data Planning Corp. After five years at FDP and two years as a Senior Benefits Consultant with Deloitte & Touche, he joined the family business in 1991. He is currently responsible for the marketing and development of the firm. He has been designated as an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent which allows him to communicate more effectively with the Internal Revenue Service on his clients’ behalf on certain retirement plan issues including determination letters, compliance resolution, plan documentation and issues pertaining to Form series 5500 and 5300.

Sarah Gilmore, CPC, QPA, QKA is a software developer with SunGard in the Wealth Management division. She has been involved in the development of defined benefit and defined contribution plan administration software for over 25 years, with a focus on defined benefit. She is responsible for programming legislative changes and client requests. Sarah also consults with her peers on the defined benefit features of the software.

Gregg Ingersoll, CPC, QPA, QKA, FLMI is a Pension Analyst at Sungard Data Systems. A graduate of SUNY Oswego with a BA in Economics, he has 15+ years experience in the retirement plan industry, in one capacity or another. He has experience with TPA firms and retirement plan software companies, first with FDP and currently with Sungard/Relius. In 2009, he served on the Texas Gulf Coast ABC as Membership Chair.
Denise Speiser is the Vice President of Operations for PensionPro Software, LLC. She has over 30 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. Over the course of her career, Denise’s experience ranges from plan design and administration to software support, design and development. At PensionPro, Denise is responsible for managing support, training, data conversions and client communications for PensionPro’s workflow management and plan sponsor portal software products.

Barry Max Levy, QKA is a Pension Consultant and President of Levy & Associates. A graduate of the University of Maryland, he has been a guest on financial talk radio and a featured speaker on qualified retirement plans. He has been recognized in federal and state court as an expert in the area of qualified retirement plans. He joined the predecessor organization, Leo Levy & Associates, in 1989. In 2008, after serving on ASPPA’s (American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries) Board of Directors for 5 years Mr. Levy was placed on the Executive Committee. Currently he is ASPPA’s President-Elect. Mr. Levy has previously served as Co-Chair of various ASPPA committees such as General Conferences, Finance and Budget and ASPPA Benefits Councils (ABC). He continues to be a member of the Government Affairs Steering Committee. Locally he is Immediate Past-President of the ASPPA Benefits Council of South Florida (ABC South Florida).
