Debbie Sullenbarger is a manager with Baden Retirement Plan Services, an AscensusSM company. Debbie provides consultation and comprehensive third party administration of employee benefit plans for companies across the United States to ensure compliance with ERISA law. Debbie has over 20 years experience in ERISA consultation and compliance, and in designing and administering employee benefit plans including qualified plans and cafeteria plans. Prior to joining Baden Retirement Plan Services in 1997, Debbie was an administrator for an employee benefits consulting firm. Debbie attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She is a Board Member of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Northern Indiana and Executive Women International. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries.

Michelle M. Marsh, QKA is president and owner of Retirement Plan Concepts & Services, Inc. which is a Third Party Administration Firm serving Indiana. She is a past president of the ABC and is an active member of ASPPA National and on the E & E Committee as a Subject Matter Expert. Michelle is also a very active member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators and serves on their conference committee. Her firm consists of 15 team members and provides Third Party Administration Services for over 500 clients.
Chris Hulbert, QKA, works in the Defined Contribution Client Services area of Lincoln Financial Group. Chris has 17 years of experience in the retirement plan services industry, all at Lincoln Financial Group in Fort Wayne, IN. Chris earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Toledo. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). She earned her Qualified 401(k) Administration (QKA) designation from ASPPA in 2002 and has her Series 6 license.
Clare Householder, QKA, is a consultant with Baden Retirement Plan Services, an AscensusSM company. Clare joined Baden Retirement Plan Services in 2009 where she consults with clients and performs testing to maintain their plans’ compliance with Internal Revenue Service codes and Department of Labor regulations. She has over 15 years experience in administering 401(k) and 403(b) plans that she gained in various departments of a national insurance and financial services company. Clare is a graduate of Purdue University. She is the Meetings and Membership Chair on the Board of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Northern Indiana.
